Angry Octopus: An Anger Management Story for Children Introducing Active Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Deep Breathing

Really really disappointed that we are have been sent a book that on the outside is the correct cover, but inside is some terrible story called Princess Bananas. How could this have happened? And now we have to send it back to get a refund. We wanted this to help her daughter with her anger issues instead it’s just enraged us! Not impressed.

Interesting and fun book exploring why we get angry and how we can calm ourselves down. I bought the Suki Gifts cuddly octopus to go with the book to use as a puppet while telling the story which worked really well. Has helped our 10-year-old son with ASD to explore his emotions and feelings around getting angry and having meltdowns. The book is very pretty and colourful.

Downloaded on kindle and tried to read in app n iPad. But it is very small. If you try to enlarge you can get the picture but no text. My 4 1/2 year old lost interest quickly. Lovely idea though. Might get book for when he's a little bit older

My son is 7 and going through a difficult time at the moment. This book helped him to confront his anger and agression and learn deep breathing exercises to control his anger.
