MASKAL TEFF Brown Teff Flour, 16 OZ

I want to make good, tasty Injira. I'm sure this teff flour would work for that. I simply can not seem to create those tasty soury tasting pancakes. It is not the fault of the flour.

I have no complaints. This is just as good as Bob's Red Mill, which I normally buy.*Editing to add - - - > Watch what you purchase with this. I recently bought books at the same time I bought two bags of this. Who or whatever packed the box put the books ON TOP of the two bags of Teff Flour. It ended exactly as you’d expect. 👎🏻

Excellent quality TEFF, a near complete gluten free protein. It sticks a lot so I cook it in an electric pressure cooker and increase the 3 to 1 water ratio. It is great as a hot cereal but I like it with dried Goji berries, mulberries cinnamon and almonds left overnight in the refrigerator when it becomes a refreshing summer pudding for breakfast.

I made delicious gluten free muffins and cookies. It is just denser than I expected so it was a small bag compared to other flours of the same weight. I would buy and add to my other gluten free flours

Product is fine. Cost is too high for the quantity.
