VViViD Fl!p 5-in-1 Reversible 12" Guillotine Precision Paper Cutter and 4-Blade Sliding Rotary Trimmer

I don't normally review a lot of items but felt I should alert people not to buy this item. The quality is inferior and basically the unit can't cut a simple piece of paper. The guillotine side of the unit is cheaply made and the blade doesn't make contact evenly so you get a rough cut on the paper. The other side of the unit with the (4) different cutting blades is just as bad. The transition between blades is clunky and hard to get into place and the blade doesn't follow the track very well and ends up tearing the paper. Don't waste your money on this product.

Absolutely love being able to choose what type of cut to make. I use the perforation setting most, but the others are great. It is a mighty cutter for its size. The Guillotine blade on the opposite side is wonderful in aiding you when you need to cut down pages if you are using an odd size notebook.

This cutter just got delivered to me a few minutes ago. I opened the package and took out the cutter and immediately noticed just how disgusting this thing is. It has something all over it, especially on the track that the blades slide across. I have no idea what it is all over the cutter, but I don't want to even touch it. It is unusable and I will be returning this item.

I had high expectations for this product but sadly it fell short. It is very neat how it is designed to make different cuts and even Fold marks but you’ve got to mess with it to get it to cut and it Helps to push down while cutting. However, I noticed right away there was a small notch or something that was obstructing the cuts and managed To fix it and that Made things a lot better. It works great on certain materials, but it cuts paper crooked sometimes and others Not at all.I haven’t tried the guillotine cutter yet or done much with the other three rotary cutter options but hopefully I’ll figure out the proper method to get it to work and cut consistently each time. Once I do, will update review.

Worked great when I used it 1st time. When I went to reuse it it kept jamming got worse and worse not sure what happened I am a crafter/ event DIY planner I need to use on several types of paper but it just would not work the next day at all not sure why…… was absolutely great the first day of use. Returned back got my $$ now I have smaller one I can’t return due to adding warranty to it.

I was so looking forward to a product that had so many different uses, but this product was a big disappointment. The guillotine cutter wouldn't cut 110 lb. stock card or even 24 lb. printer paper.All of the 4 cutters on the flip side were very difficult to slide along the guide and therefore did not cut clean.I really liked the concept of the multi-functional cutter, but the workmanship fell far short. I would buy it if it were made of sturdier material and a procision guillotine cutter and a much better cutting system on the flip side. Maybe separate cutters to be used individually and use the cutting system of the Fiskars 13" cutter with the guide wire (you always know where the blade will cut.

Just received this product in the mail. I was excited to use it right away for a home project. For starters, the box looked like it had been opened. It was beat up and the edges were torn. The guillotine (cutter) couldn’t even cut one piece of paper. The arm was bent and it wasn’t sharp at all. 1 out of the 5 functions worked some what. This is not a good product. I was hoping it would work out but I don’t recommend this product at all

I find this paper cutter very useful. I have a new Cricut machine and neither of the paper cutters I already owned would cut 12 in sheets used. I use the blade cutting side the most at this time. A great tool for crafters. I highly recommend.

Overall terrible build quality. The best part about it is that it is small. The rollers do not roll properly, they don't go on a straight line, they do not cut at the right distance from the rule on the board - if you can cut at all.The guillotine is not sharp and squeezes the paper through the two flexible metal sheets; this making imprecise cuts and leaves black paint and doubled edge when they cut.The straight line roller needs some serious concentration to get working - and even there, will not work everytime.The dotted line roller seems to be the best roller as it performs quite regularly.The wavy line doors pretty much the same thing as the straight line, where it leaves some uncut passport behind each passes, but the wave is there.The paper folding roller is terrible and works some places and some don't on regular 20g paper.Looks good on paper, should have stayed on paper.

Had to tighten a screw and shim the bottom cutter blade to come to top . but after that not a bad cutter. I wanted to cut foam board and cardboard and it does.

It doesn’t cut very smoothly

Total waste of time and money. It did not slide well, and the cuts weren't clean. Save your money, this "deal" is no deal at all.

Very disappointed, I wish I had read the reviews the cutter cuts one piece of thin note paper ok, but it won't cut thicker paper. The perforator just cuts straight through the paper, the scorer seems to work but all four are really hard to slide up the rail. The guillotine doesn't work very flimsy, my $3 paper cutter works better. I will definitely be returning this item
