Lang Flower Jars Address Book by Susan Winget, 7.56"x8.5" (1013239)

I love this address book for its functionality, size, and attractiveness. I was a little skeptical of purchasing it because there were no available images of the inside, but after it arrived, I had not regrets. Forty names, addresses, emails, and home, work, and cell numbers can be logged for each alphabet; however, several letters share a section--I/J, P/Q, U/V, W/X, and Y/Z. I wish the lines were darker and the space for addresses was larger to accommodate international addresses. If you like cute and simple, you'll love this book.We have Amazon Prime, so I expected the item to arrive in 2 days. I ordered on a Wednesday morning, and the item did not arrive until Tuesday. Monday was MLK Day, which explains why it was not delivered then, but the item should have arrived Friday/Saturday. I was not too satisfied with Amazon Prime shipping for this order.

I needed to replace my 25 year old address book and this was almost perfect! The outside cover is sort of cushiony and actually more sturdy than my old one. I almost took off a star for it missing a section to track Christmas cards but since I knew that beforehand, I just made my own in excel and printed it out on card stock. It took a couple of practice prints to get it right but will work great. I wish the paper were thicker like card stock but it’s more like regular printer paper thin. Otherwise a great buy and would make a nice gift.

Number one, it is simply beautiful--I got the "Nature's Journal" illustration design and I swear if it wasn't an address book I could frame it! Very sturdy. A separate letter tab for all but "W,X"--and "Y,Z". Separation dividers are super lovely with a nature illustration on each one--sort of a cream color on the inserts and even a light cream on the address pages. Forty names and addresses in each section (more than enough!)-- Five on each side of four pages per section. Three lines for name and address, Then room for Home/Work and Cell numbers, also room for E-mail address and a final "blank" line in each box on each page. No Y/N section for receiving cards like all of the old ones used to have...not a loss for me. THEN in the back is one page per month for "Special Dates"--a really nice feature. STILL another section in back of adhesive labels (20 of them) to place over one of the boxes on any page where you may have made an error, or your contact has moved or whatever. FINALLY, the last part of book is three pages of six slots each (3 in front and 3 in back) for business cards! This is Lang's model # 1013165 fo ryour reference. Hint: I went to Staples and purchased erasable pens exclusively for use in this book--- My last book was years old but had so many cross outs, white outs, etcetera I figured erasable pens would work great--and they do! Am I raving? Yes! One note: This is a bit larger than the "older" Address Books...refill sheets are available for purchase or (like me) you can stop at your library and make copies and use a single hole punch at home to match the three ring binder design! GREAT for you--also GREAT for GIFTS! Buy and enjoy!

I wanted a new address book but something a little nice. This book is bigger than i expected, which makes it easier to hold and wrote things in. The artwork is very lovely. The pages are manila - color, but i use pencil and it looks fine. There's no spot to check off of you set cards to that person, but there is an empty extra line at the end of each entry, so you can write down kids names, bdays, ect. It does have a calendar on the back and aspace for business cards which i found helpful. Could not find something this nice in stores, well worth it.

This has a pretty cover certainly, but the pages are more than a little flimsy and there are actually some printing errors on several of the tabs - so these might certainly be seconds. Definitely a quality control problem. The printing problems are on some of the tabs. If there are multiple letters on the tab, sometimes the bottom letter is cut off. Example: the "X" bottom is cut off so it looks like a "V" actually but since it's on the same tab as the "W", you know it's supposed to be a "X". I would not have purchased it hands-on in a store if I'd seen the paper quality and the tab printing problems but it's not worth returning really. It would not be great for a gift without being able to check to see if these problems are recurring with all these Lang address books.

This, to say it simply, is the most magnificent address book I have ever seen. The quality, the design, the sturdiness is exceptional. Whoever designed and manufactured this address book should be congratulated. It is very rare that I come across something that still gives value for money. I honestly wish others would follow your example. I am a very, very happy customer!

I really like this address book. The size is perfect and I like that the pages are removable. My only wish is that the pages had the Christmas card check list like the old ones used to. But I am really happy with this and would buy it again!

I ordered this for my mom because her old one was getting pretty worn out; she loved the image and the quality seemed good. My only thought was that the rings are quite large for a book that you're not really going to add anything into. I liked the rings so it lays flat when open but I it's not a book that could be tucked under the phone on a table as the rings make it so big. The description is accurate though so I give it 5 stars.

It’s a very pretty address book and serves its purpose. However, the pages are much too thin and ink can be seen on the back of the page. I was hoping for a better quality product for the price.

I purchased this same address book for my mother quite some time ago. I ordered this for her birthday. It is a lovely book and she will just love it. I wrapped it so I can't go into a lot of info. It's just perfect and I give it a 5.
