I get my 12 year old grandson a special ornament for their tree each year that signifies something important in his life the previous year. The drum set was a perfect idea. My only problem is that the cymbals were broken which was disappointing. The value of the item does not justify a return so I will keep it but it would have been nice if everything was in tact.

It's a little heavy for an average ornament but I attribute that to its sturdy construction and wouldn't fault it for it.
