Does everything you need for a workshop lamp: good strong magnetic base never seems to lose its grip, can be bent to almost impossible angles, timer works, 3 degrees of luminosity; what more do you want? Lead is a very respectable length. I've lost track of how many of these I've bought for my workshop and craft show stalls. My only VERY small quibble is that they sometimes interfere with the workshop radio (something to do with capacitance I'm told), but that's a small (and rare) price to pay for light wherever you want/need it.

Really great light for the price point. The next step up is about double. Not really found the timer to be useful but the 3 brightness options are, though I tend to just leave it on max. Magnets fairly strong. The ones at twice the price come with a better magnet. But it's sufficient. Currently mounted sideways on a bandsaw so only the magnet was holding it up and it's fine. Neck stays where it's told. And is fairly stiff but not ackwars to move. The cords a reasonable length. But it's not overly long. So depending on where it's going to be placed that might be a problem for some people. Wish it had the option of buying with a wall wart usb plug . I have a few lying around from old phones. And I'm sure most people do. That's the only complaint and it's minor.

I have found this lamp so useful and because its plug is a usb connection, I can use a power bank, and I tried it out and the power drain is so low, I set it up 3 times for 3 hours and it only took 5% of the power in the bank. I use it on my Lathe because I am registered Blind it increases the brightness on the working area, which helps me see better what I am doing. Being a magnetic fixing allows me to adjust where I want it.

good bit of kit very bright at max settimg cable lengtj is good and magnet is strong i put a pieco of 40 denier leg from tights over the mag to prevent scratching car body and wad still strong enough to hold in position and move with ot fear of scratching damaging paint work

If you are looking for one of these for a desk etc , just go ahead. Can’t fault it. Run cool so low energy consumption on usb. Very handy for doing odd jobs at computer desk. I use it all the time now. Highly recommended !

Needed a flexible light with a magnetic base to pop on the side of my bandsaw and looked at a few that were all £50 plus. Took a pint on this and absolutely cannot complain at all. Three brightness settings plus and off timer make it easy to use and the light is bright and clear with easy adjustability. I just have it plugged in to a mains socket with USB ports as no plug comes with it. Seriously, if your use case is similar don’t get sucked in to the over priced ones from the workshop type sellers.

I bought this to illuminate the work point of my band saw. Works perfectly. I was a bit disappointed at first with the light output until I realised that there are three levels of brightness. I was pleased to see the inclusion of a self-adhesive steel disc to allow use on non-ferrous surfaces. Recommended.

Fuß und Hals machen einen wertigen Eindruck. Der Magnetfuß ist nicht zu schwer, trotzdem hält er sehr gut an meiner kleinen Bandsäge. Das Licht ist gut fokussiert, blendet nicht und der Schirm ist nicht so groß, dass er die Sicht verdeckt. Einzig die Tatsache, dass die Lampe immer im Auszustand ist, wenn sie neu mit Strom versorgt wird, ist für meine Anwendung nicht ideal - aber tragbar. Wie vermutlich viele Käufer, hatte ich noch ein USB Netzteil übrig. Auch ohne entsprechenden Adapter ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis! Würde sie wieder kaufen!

Love the size of it and it's very flexible and easy to position how you want it. The light has 3 levels of brightness so it's not "dimmable" to choice. I prefer a more warm (yellow) light however there is no option for that nor can the light bulb be changed. I'm not sure why it has a timer cause in my opinion u either use it or u don't. Perhaps others find it a handy feature.

E' una buona lampada, utilissima sia per lettura (dove userete sicuramente l'intensità piu' bassa) che per creare un effetto "occhio di bue" in una stanza buia. Lo uso in terrazzo alimentato con un semplice powerbank e crea una bellissima atmosfera. Buon braccio snodabile, rivestito in gomma tipo "silicononica". Molto snello.

La lampe possède une tige assez grande et maniable afin de lui faire prendre la bonne position. Elle est fournie avec une pastille adhésive aimantée assez grande qui permet de fixer la base de la lampe. Le magnétisme est assez fort pour bien tenir, aucun risque qu'elle tombe. On pourrait même la fixer au mur. Le fonctionnement de la lampe est simple : - Un bouton clic, 1 coup luminosité faible, 2 coups luminosité moyenne, 3 coups luminosité forte et bien dirigée. - Un autre bouton clic permettant d'utiliser une fonction sleep, ainsi la lumière s'éteint suivant le délai stipulé. 1 clic durée 15mn, 2 clics durée 30mn, 3 clics durée 1h. Un petit voyant LED de couleur permet de savoir sur quelle durée il est associé. Pour : Forte fixation magnétique, luminosité à 100% permet un bon éclairage, la tige de la lampe est assez maléable tout en gardant une bonne rigidité. Contre : La lampe chauffe énormément à 100%, attention aux mains qui trainent. Recommandé : Oui, franchement pour éclairer un plateau d'imprimante 3D, il fait très bien l'affaire pour ce prix.
