Amazon EssentialsMen's Regular-Fit Long-Sleeve T-Shirt

This shirt is the best shirt across all other brands on Amazon. I have ordered other long sleeve t-shirts and others on Amazon and they are way too thin or too scratchy. This one is thick and non see through and super soft. The material is high quality as is the quality of the shirt. I love this shirt and I've ordered another. I am female and 5'7 so I buy men's shirts so the sleeves are long enough.My husband liked these so much he ordered one as well.

The one thing wrong about these shirts are the pockets being to small other then that very comfortable

Every time I put this shirt on I tell myself I'm going to go back and write a review so other don't make the same mistake.Pros: Very soft thick cotton. Warm and comfortable Should fit OK for someone a lot shorter than me. Could be a good value for the right person.Cons: Length and sleaves are too short for a tall slim person. First I ordered an X-large based on reviews. The length and sleaves were OK but the body was way too wide and baggy for me, so I gave it away. Then I ordered a large which is what I normally wear. The sleaves and length were too short for me but the body was good. I still wear them but half my forearms show and my stomach often is exposed when sitting. They shrink a lot after washing in cold water. The hem curls up at the bottom which makes it even shorter. I try to correct it, but it won't stay.Then my sister gave me a long sleave T-shirt from REI. The large fit just right! But then it probably cost three times as much as this one.

I purchased 4 of these shirts. They are well constructed but not lightweight. If you want something thicker this is the shirt for you. Do not put in the dryer though or they will certainly shrink. I did not want skin tight shirts but if you do then a bit of shrinkage might work. They arrived smelling so strong of some kind of scent I had to wash them 4 times in white vinegar to get the scent out. If you are sent sensitive such as I am try another product. Long term I hope the shirts work out, so, I guess only time will tell for me.

So soft and thick and great fit. Only downside was the long sleeves are hemmed. He wanted knit cuff on the sleeve

It will work well in winter, I'll get some that are a summer weight for the rest of the year.

I ordered this in a large along with a Hanes brand in a medium to do a side by side comparison. Both were worn for a time before wash (the Amazon Essentials for several days, the Hanes for two or three). I'm a sliver under 5'7" and approx @ time of review 148lbs.The Amazon Essentials was slightly big on me out of the bag, as I expected, but I'd been uncertain about shrinkage and my default is to get large.Normally I like these kind of shirts more loose than tight. The Amazon essentials was at a size that was literally on the line of "almost too big for me" and "I could live with this for sleeping purposes and around the house" Fortunately it did shrink in length in the sleeves and at the waist where it really fits close to perfectly (still loose, but the visual would be difficult to pin as 'too big'). I have the ever so slightest of fabric bunching at the chest along the where the top of the sleeves meet, but as I stated, it's almost unnoticeable (really only by my attentive eye) and overall the shirt fits comfortably and appears to be well stitched with good quality material. There was not color fade that I could detect (dark navy) and I did dry it on a hot (not delicate material) setting in the dryer.It states it was made in Vietnam, if that is of interest. I will order another after finishing this review.As a side note in comparison, the Hanes I ordered was only available in a medium (which worried me) and out of the bag was tighter than i normally like (not skin tight, but tight for a person who likes their clothes slightly loose fitting. Fortunately after washing and drying there was almost no shrinkage (it's a 60-40 blend) and absolutely zero color-fade. Although it was slightly more snug, the material and stitching was well done to the extent I could do the backhand internal stretch technique carefully (hand and arm under shirt while wearing it, push out at chest and various areas slowly and carefully with back of hand). I can tell the tightness would be more beneficial for the cooler nights we get here in the south during the winter and would be sufficient to wear with or without a light hoodie or jacket.I'd say the quality side by side is almost identical, with the Hanes only slightly ahead due to deep color and perhaps slightly better material and was only under $8.00 u.s.d at another WeLL known MART with a strong online presence.Finally; the MAIN description I am reading above my review and on the main page does not mention it having a pocket, but it does (as mentioned in the detail description) just in case someone might overlook it.

I get cold. I love the fit.

The fabric is nice and thick. The color is good. The model is quite comfortable. The brest pocket is nice.

The best T shirts I’ve ever purchased. I initially got them for my sons work.They are just too good to put on for a construction site, although these are supposed to be for outdoors etc. They seemed to be pricey , but they are certainly worth every penny. Excellent to wash, such quality.I’m not exaggerating, hoping new stock and various colours shall follow.
