Hi, I bought this blender through Amazon UK for my daughter who lives in England (I’m in the U.S.), so I assume you are a UK resident as well. You can register on the Vitamix website customer service page. I'm buying the vitamix power blender, but do not see the tamper in description nor photo?

The tamper is normally included in the package in my experience. I’ve bought four Vitamix blenders over the years, one during my previous marriage, one to replace it (my ex-wife kept it he first one) and one each for two of my children, and all of them have come with the tamper. Hope this helps.

Does this blend hard veg like beetroot? And does this blend salads to completely smooth? Also does this blend frozen fruit to make nice cream?

Yes it does. It is amazing. No problem. Smoothies from frozen fruit , delicious ice cream from ice cubes and cream. Super machine.
