Works nice!
Works great in tight spaces or not. id say to the folks that said its too far reach for smaller hands that if you only let off enough to catch the next notch and clamp it again and so on to tighten, instead of letting all the way off it should help. Plus i think you may have better leverage from the tool.. Thats how i use it and i can let it clear off and still clamp it. It came adjusted just right and the led is handy when working under a cabinet etc in tight spaces. hthUpdating my review- So after 7 months having the tool it has worked perfectly! Just finished a remodel and the kitchen sink was done last and was the most complicated and confined. For sure it had the most crimps at one time so far and even with arthritis starting in my hands I got it done easy. Highly recommend the tool the lite is very handy even though you get the feel when its tight after some use its still a nice feature working in cabinets.

Difficult With One Hand
I have now crimped 18 cinch rings using the Yescom One Hand Cinch Clamp Tool. It does cinch the rings effectively and the blue light provides notification when the correct cinch is achieved. The ratcheting handles can be operated with one hand while the other hand holds the tip of the tool in place against the cinch ring. The twist knob easily releases the cinching jaws after use. The overall length of the tool is 9.5" which allows for its use in more confined locations than the longer handled cinch clamps. The tool was out of calibration right out of the box; the cinch jaws were too wide. The jaws were easily adjusted using the supplied go/no go gauge and Allen wrench. Why 3 stars? I found this tool difficult to fully cinch the ring using only one hand. I was able to cinch the ring until it was locked into position, but I ended up having to use two hands to complete the final cinch and get the blue light to come on.When the tool handles are fully opened the dimension across the narrowest part of the plastic grips is 4", and the dimension across the widest part of the plastic grips is 6.75". Maybe people with longer fingers are able to get a stronger grip on the tool handles.

Not prone to jamming.
I use these professionally as I specialize in whole house water pipe replacements. I was buying the brand that Home Depot sells, and the quality sucked! They would get jammed and the clamp would be impossible to remove from the crimper jaws, rendering the crimp tool useless when it was only in use for a week or two! I ordered 2 of these and have been using them for a couple of years with no issues. I recently ordered 2 more crimp tools as the others were getting a bit worn out, but still worked. These far outperform the Home Depot brand hands down. No issues with jamming at all.

Performed as the tool should. Glad I looked on Amazon
Performed as described and was easy to use with one hand. Much simpler than other tools which were more expensive. This tool was simple and easy to use. I am a small woman and was able to put PEX through the house even in tight corners with this tool, one hand operation. No leaks so far.

Great but need larger hands
The ratchet clamp worked very well and tightened the crimping clamp I would say perfect. However you need to have larger hands to use it one handed. I did use this one handed but it takes a lot of strength to use one handed.
