This stuff works great for my cholesterol.

I've tried a couple different Guggul supplements, and I feel that this one is by far the best. You get much more guggul than most other supplements for the money.

Started using this after being diagnosed with low thyroid. I do take thyroid medication. However the medication keeps me on the low side of normal. I told my doctor I was still having the same symptoms. Since my symptoms never went away after starting the medication. My symptoms were (being tired and weak, ache in my joints and being cold.) I searched for a supplement that could help raise my thyroid levels to the more friendly side of normal. After adding Gugulipid, all my symptoms disappeared. My thyroid levels are now in the normal range- not to high for my age. My physician knows I take this and other supplements, for good health. I Had a complete Hysterectomy 21 years ago. Had my ovaries removed, broad ligaments and uterus. I wasn't put on HRT for over a year, due to severe endometriosis. Women that have a hysterectomy at a young age, have a greater chance of having low thyroid later in life. Gugulipid has been my saving grace. I have more energy and feel more like myself. I recommend this product to anyone that's been diagnosed with low thyroid. Do talk to your doctor before taking this and any other supplements. If you've been diagnosed with a low thyroid and are experiencing symptoms, with or without medication try this product, take it everyday for a week, you'll feel a difference.

I just take this sporadically as I am not good at remembering to take any kind of meds or supplements on a regular basis. However, my husbands Dr. was ready to put him on pharmaceutical meds because he doesn't believe in supplements. At my insistence he gave my husband 6 weeks to show he could lower his cholesterol on his own. He started taking the Gugulipid and when he went back for his next check up his cholesterol had dropped 16%. When he went back this week for his 6 month check up it was still dropping enough that the Dr. is no longer pushing for pharmaceutical meds! My new years resolution is to become more mindful of taking supplements regularly!

I like that these are one a day. I did not like that they are tablets. I missed that fact on ordering, I much prefer capsules. Don't know if it is working for me but will use these & next time will look for 1 a day capsules. These tablets are quite large and not easy to swallow.
