Buy without any double thought. Not only cheap but good quality glue.

While searching for a good deal on fevistik in festive season I noticed these glue sticks from amazon at a considerably low price. I decided to give it a try and bought instantly as I had a good experience with amazon basics products. In this review, I’ll try to give a quick comparison between this glue stick and fevistik which I personally consider best in market.This pack contains 12 sticks each filled with 22 grams of white glue. I generally buy 25 grams stick of fevistik which costs around 50 bucks. Amazon basics glue sticks are priced around half of its price, if bought on a deal it costs exactly or even less than half the price of fevistik. So pricewise I’ll consider these glue sticks over fevistik on any day. Quality wise I will not deny that fevistik is better than these glue sticks as application of fevistik is quite easy. For e.g. to stick an envelope, fevistik requires only one rub but with these glue sticks it’s not enough, either you need to put a little more pressure or rub it twice to apply perfectly. This is because the glue present in these sticks is a little on dry side as compared to fevistik.Overall, keeping quality and price both in mind I must say that these glue sticks by amazon basics is a value for money deal as it costs just half of the best available in market and a little effort to apply can’t deny the huge price difference but at the same time if you’re a domestic user then buying such a huge quantity is not advisable.P.S. I bought this to give to poor kids. 3 boxes 36 piece. Found out that it was packed exactly two years ago. I am afraid that it is all dried up. Dear seller please give the date of manufacture in the before we could buy.

I use glue sticks a lot - so the costs add up! Tried the Amazon brand in this bulk quantity - at a far better price than Staples' offered. Really pleased with the quality - and hope to repeat the order when these run out....

Overall, the product fits the description and the price was good. Although, the cap of one of the stick was missing on reception. The glue inside was all dry and unusable. Oh well...

The kids found one that didn't work but so far the rest seem to be working great. Sent a few to school because they said that the tubes were actually better than the ones provided by the school.
