JGAURORA 3D Printer A5S Upgraded Metal Frame Large Build Size 305x305x320mm Filament Runs Out Detection Resume Print 110V US Plug

I finally decided to get a 3D printer and after much research and reading reviews I decided to go with the JGAurora A5S. This printer is VERY well built and easy to put together. I love the metal frame and how solid it is. After getting the printer set up, which took all of 20 min, I turned it on and stated working through the set up Video and documentation. That's another great thing about this printer, they sent very detailed instructions and video files along with the printer on an SD card that was VERY VERY helpful in getting it set up and going. When I got to the bed leveling step, my X-Axis was not moving left and right. At that point I started to get worried because it's a new printer and it wasn't working, AHHHH!!I remember receiving an email about who to contact for support via Skype and they were AWESEOME! Support is located in Bejing, so I had to wait untill thier support was open at 8pm Central US time. They walked me through some trouble shooting steps, sending me pics and being very patient while I performed the steps. It turned out there was a loose cable inside the main case for the X-Axis. After plugging in the cable and putting everything back together, the X-Axis started moving! After that I was able to level the bed and start printing. This printer is awesome!! The test print printed a square object with a circle object on top of it. The squre has very sharp edges, smoth sides and the circle on top is smoth and perfectly round. I just got done with a 2 day print job printing a Lipsense holder for my wife and it looks amazing! At one point I even lost power when my cat hit the power strip switch and when it came back on I was asked if I wanted to continue where it left off. I selecte YES and it picked right back up and finished perfectly. The printer is also very quiet. The printer is in my home office where I work from home and even on conference calls it does not cause a distraction. I am extremely satisfied with this printer and can't wait to print more!!

From the start it acted as if it had its own mind. It went up n down scratch the table. The screws were wrong. I tried to disassemble it the screws wouldn't come off. You have to take it apart. Screws were stripped. Hour later I had enough n tried to pry it off. The frame is so weak it started bending. Well frustrated and being quarantinedFor two weeks just ripped the crap out of it so the damn thing would fit in the box. Do not buy it. The instructions are so bad Einstein couldn't figure it out. The app is another issue. My computers couldn't find the printer NEVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. This is my 4th A5 3d Printer from JGAurora and my 14th 3D printer. I create and sell different products so my printers get a lot of use.After first using the Creality series of printers from the CR-10 mini to the CR-10S I was frustrated at the constant tweaking these models required for my daily use. It seemed like every week I had 2-3 printers down with issues ranging from clogs to extruder fails and issues. Since changing my operations over to JGAurora I no longer have these problems. in 4 months of printing with the A5 and now the A5S I have only had a single clog and have yet to have an issue with extrusion. Unlike the other brand I used that almost required upgrading to a metal extruder right away.I did have an auto sensor issue with my original A5 and after contacting support via email they informed me that the newer sensors worked much better so they sent me out a whole new upgraded sensor the very next day. Since that model all the newer units come with a more solid sensor system.The BDG (Black Diamond Glass) is awesome. 12" x 12" of printing area is very nice. Also gone are the days of using hairspray and painters tape that sticks to your build. The number one thing to remember is to make sure your bed is leveled. Once a print is finished simply wait until the bed cools to 30 degrees Celsius and it will just pop right off with your fingers. NO TOOLS REQUIRED!The upgrades on the A5S from the A5 are:New upgraded motherboardBrighter and easier to read LCDFront SD Card (A5 had a side USB flash drive)Filament Sensor upgraded and located higher so less PFTE tubing required6 Wire heat bed cable (my A5 printers all had 4 wire)The print quality is great right out of the box but as with all 3D printers you sometimes will want to make some minor tweaks and adjustments for even better, smoother results.The 2 pictures are from included test prints with right out of the box settings. No adjustments other than leveling.The A5S is now my GO TO printer for all my printing needs.
