I was pretty excited to get this in the mail, and I just had to try it out!After playing around with it for a while, I was a little disappointed..It wasn’t as easy to use as I thought..First of all, the blue protectors on the plates are super hard to get off! I wish it had a tab on the side for easier peeling.Second of all, the jelly part of the clear stamper comes off very easily.. not a huge deal, but I would expect it to be a little sturdier in the stamper handle..Also, it was very difficult to get polish to transfer onto the stamper at first... It works, but you have to practice with it a BUNCH of times before you get the hang of it..It took a lot of playing around with..Quality of nail polish certainly had a lot to do with it... more expensive brands worked better than cheap brands of nail polish...I also found that you have to put A LOT of nail polish on the plate and gently scrape it for it to transfer. So, if you are having problems getting it to transfer, try adding MORE nail polish to the metal plates...And don’t forget to clean the plates between uses with acetone! Also, use TAPE to clean off the stampers... do NOT use alcohol or acetone to clean the jelly stampers! It will deteriorate them!!I hope this review helps a little with trying to get your new stamper to work! It really is super fun when you can actually get it to function properly!!

Edit: My husband bought me a simple "Pueen set from Walmart after seeing how excited I got over this one. The difference is quite noticable. You get a lot for $10 bucks but the 1 stamping plate I got for the same price at Walmart does me more good than all of these combined! 2 stars for quantity.As you can tell by the pictures, I'm a super beginner. I've only painted my nails a handful of times in my life. I recently got into nail art via YT videos and thought, "hey why not try something cheap from Amazon"! This exceeded my expectations. It was easy to use after I learned to move fast. This was my FIRST time ever using a nail stamper or anything like it. They turned out better than I could have hoped. If I clean up around my cuticles and such, this might be wearable. I'd definitely give it a try if you are a beginner or want something for cheap to spice up your painted nails. You have soo many designs to choose from. Some of the designs did not work i.e. the mushroom but for the price it's still an amazing deal.

I was excited to receive this item because I have been wanting to try this for a while. It got to me within a few days and there were no issues so to start that was a plus. Everything was complete and the range of designs were nice. These stamps make adding artwork to my nails so easy and fast. The only issue I had was I have never used these before so having a small paper with some simple directions would have been very useful. I'm still learning but I think for the most part you have to move quickly before the polish drys and when you push the stamp onto the plate you have to gently pick up the polish otherwise if you push to hard the polish sticks to the plate and doesn't transfer. Besides no how to directions I'm excited to have this item.

This kit exceeded my expectations. I think I picked this one because I liked the Designs and the clear stamper but the second stamper in the kit was more helpful than I thought! The little black one is best with standard nail polish and is firmer than the clear one. The clear one is squishier and only works with stamping polish and makes it easier to see where you're placing the design. I would recommend getting some stamping polish for best results but it is super easy and super fast. The stamps actually kind of hide any polish flubs I might have made and really up the adorable factor. Also easy to clean with a bit of polish remover/acetone. I actually feel like my nails even dry faster when I stamp them somehow. It's wonderfully adorable sorcery and I'm having a blast with them!Only criticism would be that some of the designs are a bit large to be useful on nails so I probably won't use them but the rest of the designs make up for it. I also should probably start wrapping the plates in tissue to store since they seem to scratch easily. And finally, the little clear stamper had some edges chip off it easily when I put the cap on cause it can slide in and out of the clear tube it's in for replacement but it's still usable.To sum up: I would definitely recommend this set to other semi-coordinated folk who want cute nails.

Honestly I'm really disappointed that as soon as i open the packaging and remove the protective cover that I'm finding every single plate is scuffed or scratched. Designs are cute, i just did my nails yesterday but I'll update when i get to try everything out. I looked to try to replace but it said theres no returns or refunds. That alone gives a 1 star in my opinion but i dont know if the scuffs will affect application so I'll leave 2 star for now because I'm really hopeful this will work for what i need. I'll stick with maniology next time though.
