Used the flashing to cover my woodshed roof. I have used before for chicken coop roof. Easy to use and bonds well and us waterproof for years (if put on correctly with good overlap).

The tape is not adhesive at all. No instructions. I only required a small amount thinking, stupidly that it would be very sticky. ITS NOT. It went in the bin. What a waste of money. I’m reading I need a heat gun, bitumen as a catalyst. I just needed a small repair. Bond it is no good.

You rarely get leaks in the Summer so it was about 7-10 deg C here when we had to repair the roof. It soon became obvious that just warming the tape beforehand still wasn't going to do the job in terms of making it stick to slate. We did a test with a small blowtorch on a spare piece and light heating made the bitumen stick properly so after that all edges and seams were blowtorched and rollered. So far it is all good and has withstood storms and a LOT of rain but I am disappointed that it is not as sticky as it should be...

Nice stuff, used it to cover the top of a wood store. If you are doing a long run you need a mate to help you... be careful not to let it stick to itself!!! I used it on Ply wood with blackjack primer, worked well. The finish is a bit wrinkly not smooth like I’d hoped but then it’s not lead

Went for this due to price and dimensions.Hasn't worked, currently resorted to large tarpaulin to resolve substantial leaks until can recover again, but now facing new felt costs too! Annoying when it's all been done once but the seams don't seal......

Sold as black, but is in fact silvery grey. Very misleading.Unusable without a tin of (expensive) special adhesive to make the low tack tape stick to anything.

Excellent for use both out an indoors

My husband used this to repair holes and rips in our pond lining. Very sticky but and a little heat made it even more so. It has worked a treat - time will tell but has done the job for now. It would have been even better if we could have got black as it rather stands out being silvery grey. But is exactly as described.
