We were given a 5 day old kitten and this has helped him SO much! I was skeptical at first because of the price but it was worth it.He loves to snuggle with it, the hand warmers makes it so he's able to adjust the temperature in his little home for himself if he's too hot or cold. He pooped on it quite a bit as he was learning and it's held up well in the washer/dryer a few times. It's the perfect size, big enough for him to snuggle under but not too big for the smallest box we were keeping him in at first.The heartbeat is pretty strong at first but once it's been going for a while it's more realistic. It's definitely provided him comfort. He wants to snuggle with our older cats and they aren't having it, this is a great substitute!

Perfect for a stray or abandoned kitten found or left by their mother. The kitten we found in the freeway loves this. The heartbeat works for about 8 hours give or take and he sleeps with it often. Battery life is good and it's perfect size for a kitten who's in need of comfort.

We ordered this for our cat who’s been anxious and recovering from stomach issues. When it arrived, it was missing the heartbeat module, which was a bummer — but we reached out, and they sent us an entirely new one the very next day. Honestly, we were so touched. That kind of customer care is rare. (And it was a Sunday!)The new one came with everything, and our cat took to it right away. He snuggles up next to it, and the gentle heartbeat seems to calm him down. It’s such a sweet, simple thing, but it really does help. We’re genuinely grateful — not just for the toy, but for how kind and responsive the company was. Total win.

Would get 5 stars if it came with a reusable heat pack. But does its job of calming/warming the kitten.

I bought for my foster kittens, it helped comfort them while they where making adjustments to living indoors and away from their feral mom.If they weren't so expensive, I would buy more for the other fosters that volunteer for the same rescue.

It's a very strange looking stuffed animal, looks nothing like a cat: not in the face or in the body shape. The legs are permanently jutted forward, given the appearance of roadkill. A realistic stuffed animal will intrigue a pet, at least momentarily, but my cat considered this thing like it was a pile of blankets. The heartbeat and heat pad are a nice touch, I'd love to see a better stuffed animal with these features.

5 week old puppy loves it!

UPDATE: My girl loves her kitty buddy & it’s been 2 years now! It has lasted & is so soft. One of my best purchases for her. She doesn’t have to be next to it but she checks to see it is near the head of the bed in case she wants to put her paw or head near the stuffed buddy. The new smell may have come from the packaging but was gone in a day like many new products. The item was well packaged, thick & plush & a little pricy. It has a chemical smell as most products have upon opening. I aired mine as soon as I realized the chemical smell was there! Then I slept with it near my body or hair so it had my scent. She eventually came around when I left her alone to meet him on her own. She didn’t like the heartbeat so I turned it off. Eventually I noticed she was getting closer! The pictures show my girl with her comfort buddy. If she’s happy, I’m happy! If the heartbeat is too much, try it later. Some like it, some don’t.
