It's very good looking knife
Yes I know it is a boning /fillet knife but I bought for filleting it's say flexible and it's just not flexible at all it's very stiff just not gonna make a good fillet knife at all.

Surprisingly good for the price.
It is surprisingly good, especially for the price. Delivered very-very sharp and still sharp after week of normal use. Blade is made of very resilient springy steel, as far as I can say. One of the best knifes I ever had.

Don’t waste your money and time in this item
Not at all like description. Packaging looks cheap and nothing at all like packaging shown on advertisement. A cheap black box held together with two small black rubber bands. The knife itself doesn’t look like a high quality piece. This was for a gift and I was ashamed to give it. I ordered a different knife and returning this one. Very disappointed
