I saw an ad introducing the idea of grounding mats. It seemed interesting but as with most things I had my doubts. Anyway I decided to look for some on Amazon and came across this set. It seemed reasonably priced and had good reviews so I bought it. After setting it up on my bed I decided to lie down on it and did feel some very slight tingling near my neck and spine. I also fell asleep for a few minutes, which could be unrelated. I used it for the next few nights and yesterday morning after getting up, I realized I didn't have my normal lower back discomfort that I wake up with every day! What?! It have to say it was the same this morning. I don't want to jinx anything but I'm starting to have high hopes that this really could be lowering some of the inflammation that I have going on. I'm about to order a few more sets as gifts for people. I definitely recommend this product.

I have MS (multiple sclerosis )and consistently sleep about 3-4 hours a night. I love to go to a park and ground but Texas sun isn’t that friendly to me and will shut my body fairly quickly. I always feel better when I ground so what’s the worse that this mat could do? This is day 4, and something’s happening. I never dream because I can never sleep long enough to get into a dream state. I have not only slept 8-9 hours each night but have also dreamed 4 nights straight!! I suffer from inflammation and stiff and achy joints but now wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and loose. I work from home and prefer to sit at my desk with the mat. I tried to sleep with it, but it traveled. I find that the bracelets are better for me and even though I sleep in one spot the cord Is long enough If I did toss & turn. I have no complaints!

Seems good quality, nice size and easy to move about. However, it would be great if the width was just a little wider. Comes with two nice grounding bands and two cords. If you are into grounding I would recommend. I also bought a Grounding Tester so I can test grounding products before use to ensure they are working well.

I’ve used grounding mats and bands in the past but lost them in the move last year so finally ordered this one after doing some research. The effectiveness of this one was obvious the first night. I have a syndrome associated with frequent urination, which means I am up 1-4 times a night. My first night with this mat I slept through the night for the first time in years and had a wonderful energy when I awoke. Happy, blissful, calm

Complete scam I’m a electrician I wanted to see if I had continuity through the wire and nothing, I went as far as exposing the copper on the end that goes into the outlet then test the mat side and nothing. I wanted it to work but nope.

This is day 4 and here's the changes Ive knoticed: After grounding using the grounding mat for one night and the bracelets randomly throughout the day, I had absolutely no pain from pre-rain arthritis! My knees always tell me the day before it's going to rain, this time I had no idea! It sounds crazy but this really was instant inflammatory prevention. I also stopped being so constipated by day two (Ive been constipated since the birth of my 6 year old son and suddenly Im going twice a day). On day three I had prevented a major flair up from going to the chiropractor. I usually cant sleep due to pain the night of my chiropractic adjustment, however I doubled up by sleeping on the mat and using the bracelet around my ankle and I only woke up a few times (my sleep is awful regardless of pain or not) and I hardly hurt at all the next morning when I usually hurt nonstop for atleast 3 days after my appointment! I am still feeling it a little bit but these landkissing mats and bracelets are a game changer! I wish I gotten some sooner, my life would be so much better!

After watching The Grounded and other videos about grounding I was really looking forward to seeing how well this product worked. I checked the circuits in my house to make sure the system was grounded and put the pad under my sheets so I could sleep on it. I have for the past 6 weeks. Unfortunately I haven't noticed any difference in the quality of my sleep or my overall health. I'm pretty healthy and fit so there aren't a lot of miracles that need to happen. But as a man in his 70's I was hoping it would improve my quality of sleep. It's a good value and I'm always interested in a new technology so no regrets. At this price you might as well try it to see if it works for you.

I bought this for my daughter, who has found it immensely helpful. She really loves it, but asked me to mention that it does come with a US plug, so she needed to buy an adapter in order to use in the UK. But after doing this she is very happy with this product.

I purchased this as I had issues with a previous purchase. I saw these on the official site, and they seemed like Specialists and came over as professional and advertised as a Yoga site. I saw them advertised on Amazon, and it was a no-brainer because it added protection and next-day delivery. (How wrong I was) It came with No plug and is a must-needed item in the UK. And extremely expensive on here, nearly as much as the purchase itself. When I opened the box, it had only one cable and one wristband. Not as advertised. Realistically, it should come with 3 as there are 3 items or at least should be. Not the 2 advertised but didn't even come. With this. I followed the instructions exactly and was quite impressed with this. No others have had this. But for some reason, my multi-reader. It didn't work on the instructed setting 🤷‍♂️ I emailed the sight and got zero response. Amazon is useless and would. Just say defective return, highly disabled and unable to leave the house at present, was purchased to help with that. On the setting, I got a response from. My reading was 39.0, when I made contact with the mat it dropped to 0. 👍🏻 When attempting to use the wristband. My reading was again 39.0; when I connected the wristband, it jumped from 39.0 to 179.0 🫣. This is very alarming as it's supposed to ground you and reduce electricity charge, not magnify it by more than 4 times. I have not used this since and am waiting for another email to see if they finally respond. All in all extremely dissatisfied.
