Starry Night - Van Gogh who had his share of terrors too - is a lovely design. Importantly, it feels good too, really soft and comfortable, you won't be slinging it off after an hour or so. Really important for me is that I have to have minimal pressure on my nose bridge. When I considered buying the mask I could see from the pictures that, unlike most masks, there is a lot of room for the nose. I know some people have made comments about the plastic casing it comes in. I personally don't care about what the mask is delivered in, and it may keep costs down by not having any fancy boxes. However since I got the mask I haven't had any problems sleeping so can't really say yet as it makes a difference.
