Pentel EnerGel Pro Permanent Gel Ink Pen, (0.7mm) Black Ink, 3 Pack (BLP77BP3A)

I love this pen. The ink when writing doesn't get with blots of ink on the paper or your hand. It writes nice and smooth and not to fine but just right. The ink is between fine & bold. I bought also Pilot precise V5 RT fine point and I am not a happy camper with them. The pen when writing bc the tip is so fine & sharp it put holes in the paper when writing at times. The point and ink is way to fine for me. I'll take the ENER gel pen any day over the Pilot precise V5 RT.

Nice pen just what I needed

My income tax return with check was stolen and check was bleached, thief changed name and dollar amount. I was told gel pens are harder to bleach so I found this pen which has permanent ink. I liked how it wrote so much that I sent a couple to other family members to keep with their checkbook. Mail fraud is rampant my tax accountant and financial advisor will not use the mail any more only electronic signatures and transfers. The .7mm is the way to go if you're not doing fine work. Writing with it glides along, it's the next best thing to using a fountain pen but without the fuss and dries faster. I'm thinking of changing all my ballpoints over to this because It has put a little pleasure in what is often a dreary tasks and yes it is definitely worth the up price.

Hope they help check safety too. I must add that quality issues did arise, and second purchase pens were inconsistent ink flow and skipping. Will continue to use in hopes I just purchased one bad pack.

A friend of mine mailed a check from the Post Office to his credit card company. He hasn’t found out how it happened, but the check was stolen somehow, and someone “washed” it, and endorsed it to themselves. He is now out $6,000.!I ordered these pens because the ink cannot be washed.

I have been using these pens for writing on my calendar and taking notes in my notebook, writing grocery lists and checks. They have ink that flows just right and steel ball tips and write very well. Ocassionally I have a skip or two, but think it might be my finger oils getting on the paper, or paper that is coated with a thin plastic film. For nearly all of my writing, they are smooth and I recommend them for people who need a good ink that doesn't smear or run and works as it should, every time.

Top quality and easy to hold( I have arthritis).I will purchase these again.

Ink is a very light blue. I was expecting a darker blue
