love the TV show
Love the character and how it was put into a TV series. Wish Ruby Rose didn't leave, she will always embody Batwoman to me

Fantastic Series
The Batwoman series has (so far) been phenomenal. The story is great - the artwork is fantastic. Can't wait to get my next issue.

A great end to a series that deserved better
There are two stories here that play out. One is the conclusion to a storyline that started way back in issue #1 dealing with Kate's past love Safiyah. It also brings back Batwoman's arch-nemesis Alice (a.k.a. Kate's twin sister Beth) . There's a confrontation with Batman here that feels like the story J.H. Williams had tried to tell before he had to leave the original Batwoman series. It almost feels like the writer (Bennett) is trying to correct some of the mis-steps that Andreyko made in the previous Batwoman series. The second (much shorter) story deals with Batwoman reconnecting with another past love, Renee Montoya. I think if the Batwoman series (and the previous Batwoman series) had focused on shorter story arcs it might have had a better chance at bringing in new readers.Whatever the case, the art suits the story well and the stories (while sometimes feeling a little dragged out) are entertaining.
