Works as expected
This product is great for giving you extra time when plastering. I am just a beginner so the longer set time is handy when trying to cover larger walls or ceilings

Top stuff
I had a 50m2 ceiling to do over blue plasterboard on my own and this helped loads. It's the first time I've used this but will do again in future. Used 5 bags of plaster with 5 sachets of this. 1 per bag. This even gave me time to prep up for next hit and have a cup of tea and a sarnie in between.

With this time slows down
Turned me from a nervous amateur clock watching to not caring about the clock. Everyone I spoke to said plasterings ok if you can get it all on and flat in 45 minutes. With this it's two hours. Now plastering is quite enjoyable.

Works to a certain extent
I use this product fairly regularly on larger ceilings and walls and when the weather is hot. It is effective to a degree and extends setting times, so product description is fairly accurate. Other factors influence the setting time such as ambient temperature, the type of substrate, moisture level of substrates etc. if used on plasterboard you can expect an extra 30-40 minutes, on primers like pva, sbr and grit expect anything up to an hour or more.

Got a large ceiling on on a very warm day with no worry of it going off too quickly. Made the mix a little ‘stickier’ too

Gives extra time before set goes off.
I added half a pack for half a bag of 25KG Finish.I was plastering a media wall with lots of angle beads and was worried about depth and getting the set right, so I used this just to give me some extra time. Did the job as I liked and finished the wall in the way I wanted. So it was helpful.

Excellent product
1st time I used this and would definitely use again, had a large ceiling to plaster and would have struggled without the extra time.Plaster was as fresh from beginning to the end and had plenty of working time to get a good finish.

With this product you have the confidence to do a larger area
Does what it says - it gives you that extra time to do a larger area without worrying about it going off - great invention great product - highly recommended
