This item which came with an American plug, which would not fit a razor adaptor has the heating element exposed beneath the skillet, which could be very dangerous if used on an unprotected work surface. I doubt it would be passed by any UK health and safety dept. or even your local fire service. When I requested my money back, it was evident it came from the US which was not stated in the product description when ordered. The firm has made it clear that I have to pay postage back to the US although ordered through Amazon UK, and it is not worth the effort. A trip to the local tip is indicated and £20 odd quid wasted. I cannot believe that any sane person would use this item other than on an asbestos blanket. Amazon should have made the country of origin clear.

This is definitely a perfect purchase for me. When I'm feeling kind of hungry but not really hungry and would like a snack it's perfect to make a grilled cheese sandwich or any hot sandwich with. It's kind of cute and fun to use. I'm thinking of buying myself a second one.

I use to be a huge shopper at AC Moore before they shut it down in my city. Well the florist they had in the store used one similar to this fir flower arrangements. After seeing how easy and fast it was to add the glue to the floral arrangement without burning your hands as I often did with a glue gun. I quickly changed over to using this product and it was heaven sent, easy to control the temperature up or down and to store. This product is just the right size and its worth the money. It shipped fast and I absolutely love it. It has made my life easy and it has accelerated my projects.
