Schaum's Outline of Feedback and Control Systems (Schaum's)

It is a good book for understanding the basics of classic control. But you may need another reference book to cover all related material. By the way, I encourage the student to have a look at it.

I purchased this and two other Schaum's outlines during this purchase. The product arrived as described. I purchased this as a supplement for the text Feedback Control of Dynamic Systems, by Gene Franklin and it has some good information in it, but it does not flow well with textbook I have. The other two Schaum's outlines I purchased for other classes seem to follow the corresponding text a little better. I got all three shipped in one order and they arrived in a timely manner in new condition.

It is a very practical book: well structured facing most important items in control engineering. It can be used very usefully to support finding solutions to many kind of problems you manage in control subjects

Cheap but contains a lot of good info.

I kept seeing this book on other engineers desks. Now I know why. If you are designing any closed loop system, you need this on your desk, too.

Where else you going to go to get the low down on feedback and control systems for so little money?

This is a very helpful text. It provides an excellent treatment of the analytic principles and practices of automatic control systemsanalysis, design, and synthesis. I am very pleased.

A bit old but still in great shape.

Excellent book and excellent service

The course is good for revision purposes, as it contains a lot of solved examples. Besides, in the design of control systems it gives some useful tips on how to tackle the problem. However, this text should be used in the first course in control systems at undergraduate level only, as state-space and digital control are only partly covered.It should never be relied on as the MAIN textbook for the courses, though, as every Schaum's!

Great book for beginners and advanced alike , high quality , just like every book in the SCHAUM series . Recommended !
