90 Minutes in Heaven: My True Story

This experience actually changed my life! This has brought a fresh reawakening in my spirit. Just like Don mentioned almost through in this book that he believes God brought him back on earth for a purpose. Could it have been a mistake that the accident happened about 10days before I was born? Thank you for sharing this with the world!

I have only read part-way through this book and have read similar experiences from others who havepassed from this life and the biggest thing is that the next is so much BETTER than this is. I had a verysmall experience in my life where I almost got the opportunity to pass on and all I can say is that just thepeace that is on the other side is so worth it. I was mad at my husband for bringing me back to this life3 times and we were just talking about this recently and I said I would definitely want to go if given a chancebut I have a bunch of daughters who tell me I have to stick around for the grandkids!I am waiting for my copy to come in the mail, but have read a lot of it in a store but knew that I could getit online for much less, which is true.

If you’re afraid of death this book is for you! If you want to know what happens after death, this book is for you. We all have a choice to make, believe it or not believe. It’s really that simple.

I have always been curious about the subject of near death experiences. So my interest was aroused when I saw the author on daytime TV, and was curious about his book. Somewhat disappointing to say the least. His experience, although life-changing for him, did nothing to inspire me. I was seeking more detail and in-depth descriptions about his journey to heaven. Instead there was a lot said about his pain and subsequent recovery from his injuries. I found myself flipping through the rehabilitation sections It just became too monotonous. I did take away something else from his narrative, though, and that is that there are people out there who are willing to help their neighbor in time of need. He's lucky he found so many to do so much for him and his family. While inspiring for some, this book just didn't work for me.

This is an inspiring book on how God uses trials in our lives to bring help and comfort to those going similar trials as He did with Don Piper. This book supports there is life after death and we need to have a personal relationship with Jesus to ensure we will go to heaven. Don recounts how heaven is a real and great place even though he didn't actually enter through the gate.

Unless, despite being pronounced dead by medical professionals, Don never actually died, his story is a good one. Assuming that he was actually dead, and not mis-diagnosed, he offers a better insight into what I believe my idea of heaven is. As with Proof of Heaven, this author may also has preconceived ideas of what heaven represents to him that differ form the rest of us. I need real examples of heaven..., a description, although Don does a good job of making me believe in the possibility.

No matter if you believe in Heaven or not, this book has a great message (at least this was one of the messages I received from the book): you're only here once. Live life as if it was your last day, and don't sweat the "small" stuff as greater rewards await you. I found the first two-thirds of the book great to read, but the last third was a little repetitive - it doesn't take away from the book, however.

Thank you for sharing the stories. I will read it again some point in the future. And will recommend others to read as well. It is an amazing story. God is so amazing. Although I still asked "why", but this is not a word of doubts. It is just to express my not being understand. I know God is in control and I trust him.
