Review: Very useful pocket-sized book - I purchased this book because as a new nurse, I wanted to see some more examples of charting. You practice some charting in school, and you can take a peek at your coworkers, but to have some examples at the ready, in your pocket, for you to look at, is helpful. This book really helps with that, because it is full of charting examples. It is not a book that "teaches" you how to chart, but it gives many examples on what to chart, so it highlights what is important to include. It is pocket-sized and lightweight, too, and we all know how full and heavy our pockets can get.

I purchased this book because as a new nurse, I wanted to see some more examples of charting.
