SUPER STURDY FOR IT'S SIZE
This is an item that I used to have trouble finding but not anymore. The 3 gallon refill Rack-a-Sack fits perfectly within the rack installed on the inside of the cupboard door under the kitchen sink. It can hold enough trash/garbage for a couple of days which is great since timely removal eliminates any problems with odor. And because of how sturdy it is there is no worry about punctures or accidental holes allowing the garbage to leak out.We love it!

Replaces banned grocery bags
Our community, and all the neighboring ones, too, banned the single use plastic bags that groceries used to give out. We used those for years as garbage liners, hooking the handles over the prongs of our kitchen garbage can. The can was designed for that exact use. We thought we'd have to go to an entirely new can and system until someone told me about these bags. The handles are a bit of a stretch over the prongs, but the bags are strong and can take it. The volume is almost exactly the same as the banned bags, but the plastic is thicker and stronger, less tear- or leak-prone. The city councilpersons can pat themselves on the back for being "greener" now but the landfill is actually getting more - not less - plastic thanks to their decision.

Hard to find!
Canadian manufacturer has limited US distribution so was very pleased when I could obtain these connected garbage bags for my mounted trash frame under sink cabinet door. They work so much better than loose bags as they stay in place as the bag fills.

They are "fitting the bill."
Our Acme doesn't give out plastic bags anymore, so these are "filling the bag" . My trash is still manageable and neat.

Rack Sacks keep the garbage out of sight.
We have long appreciated the Rack Sack trash "can" because it hides inside the cabinet under our sink and is very handy when dealing with food scrapings and other food waste. I've never had one of these garbage bags leak, unlike numerous other bags for standard kitchen garbage cans, and I appreciate that the rack stores a roll of the garbage bags, such that a new one pulls up when you pull the full one out to dispose of it.The only negative is that the replacement bag rolls are not easy to find anymore. They used to be carried in several discount mass-merchandisers, but I have not been able to find them for quite some time. So, I was delighted to find a link to a supplier here!

Same review as last time.
We have used the three gal. bags for wet garbage for 20 years and the new handle style are now better than ever. My wife prepares meals on a butcher block island with a small sink on one end. The Rack Sack is fixed to the inside of the cabinet door under the sink. As she works, my wife just leaves the door open and the Rack Sack lid up and any scraps of salad, meat, etc. go right in the sack. Cleanup waste goes in the sack also and with the lid down and the door closed, odor is not a problem unless we're talking fish skin or the like. When the bag is removed the handles tie conveniently and make for easy carrying.
