I always buy the genuine filter from enagic for my sd501 platinum. no black carbon water when first used , the price is great when its on sale around $100 and lasts a long time. easy to install and no fitment issues.

BEWARE
I would give this a zero there is one . BEWARE !!!!, If you own an ENAGIC KANGEN WATER filtration system ,BUY the filter ONLY from the Enagic store website . i bought this filter April 22 or 23 /2025 . I wasted my $132.18 buying this filter . when i replaced the filter with this new one in my machine , water was leaking during the cleaning cycle. i have tried it several times but no good. I had to put my old filter back. I ordered directly to the ENAGIC store and it worked very well. I wish I could return it & get my money back. how can you know it's not gonna work if you don't try it. DON'T BE SCAMMED
