It's a nice bowl. But there's a funny thing about Lenox, or at least the Lenox website. Although the paperwork that comes with the product says they will replace a piece if you break it -- which is a really nice guarantee -- the address you're given to to register your product is a dead link. And after you find the correct current link and fill in the online form, you find out that this web page is non-functional, too. Thinking it might help Lenox, I wrote and pointed out that their web page isn't working. They didn't write back.

One of my daughters loves Christmas-themed Lenox. She has a tree of only Lenox ornaments etc. So, every year I add a piece of holiday-themed Lenox to her collection. She loved this and used it as serving set for snackies on her hutch

This set of beautiful china is so versatile because of all the sizes. I love it! Used for cookies, salad, sauces, hot vegetables, smoked salmon etc.

I received all pieces in excellent condition and added bread plates separately for a full dining set for four. I was happy to find the Lenox guarantee too, with registration, replaces an item once if broken.

I absolutely love these dishes. I've wanted them for years, and finally bought service for 16. They are dishwasher safe, but not microwave safe due to the gold banding on edge. They are worth every penny, and intend to expand my set to service for 24. I only had one plate broken upon arrival, and I called in and registered my set, and the company quickly replaced my broken plate. If you're on the fence about buying them because they're pricey, don't be. You won't regret them. I bought the matching glasses and table cloths too! Glasses weren't broke, which is good because they don't replace those, and the table cloths were wonderful to the touch and looked high end.

The set arrived intact and perfect. Gift was well-received and made us look great! I didn’t realize that the company replaced pieces as long as a pattern is continued, and in the box there was a card explaining this! Now I will look into Lenox when I need dishes in the future.

This item is advertised as made in the USA. I was excited and deliberated for many weeks whether to purchase and finally bit the bullet wanting to have something special for Christmas. We purchased a whole set of dinnerware and wanted to add this item and other pieces of the design to complement and build our collection for this year is a special one for us. When we opened the dinner settings, imagine my sheer disappointment, surprise, and anger to find that NOTHING either in the box or outside said made in the USA. There was, however a sticker on the box with the barcode which clearly stated “Made in Indonesia” another item similarly labelled “Made in China”.Nothing against items as with most products today being made in China etc. but for the price we paid including the large shipping cost, this was NOT what we were expecting. The products are clearly advertised as being “Made in the USA”. They are NOT! On every cup and item were attached stickers stating “Made in Indonesia” or “Made in China”!I wanted to check with the company to find out more as I really hoped to be able to keep them and was told a pack of lies - “we source the materials in Indonesia/China and manufacture the products in the USA”. I questioned further as to why it didn’t say Made in the US as advertised and the same line was spun over again with subtle manipulation here and there.I would not recommend to buy this product, it is being marketed and branded on a company name that has been sold and resold, outsourced and rebranded to bear the name only.Today all boxes were returned, one by DHL pickup, the others we had to personally bring to a DHL drop off point!Needless to say, I will never again buy anything branded “Lenox”.
