Critical review
So as far as I am concerned this is the best adhesive you can buy. You are supporting not only an American company you are also supporting a wonderful cause that helps people when you purchase this product.Works as it says for everything it will do I have nothing bad to say. Many reviews I have read that say it is not strong or didn't work. In these negative reviews look at how they used it and you can tell that some common sense might be lacking. I have used this on everything from sewing projects to a gasket adhesive and it works. It is stretchy and rubbery when fully cured. When fully cured it will not wash out of material in the washer and will survive a dryer. Wear nitrile gloves and have a wet washcloth when using this product to wipe away spills or excess. Application with a brush works or just use little drops where you need it. Keep it off your skin it is a pain to wash off. If you have a latex allergy be careful with this adhesive on your bare skin. Once this is cured which doesn't take long it is extremely strong. I sometimes cheat and use an iron or heat gun to speed things up. Temperatures over 70° or a hot summers day it will cure very fast. After 24 hours it is fully cured if you use a lot especially on a big patch job on a canvas tarp or something heavy duty. This is what I use to a lot to hold material in place for sewing. I wish they made this product in a aerosol can to spray onto materials. Works great for foam. Quilter's and upholstery shops should love using this product. Use sparingly a little bit goes a long way. After keep everything clean wipe top, wipe bottle, rinse/clean tip, and place a piece of plastic wrap underneath lid to keep the air out so it doesn't solidify in the bottle. As long as it doesn't freeze or solidify it should last a very long time. I haven't found another water based adhesive that is better.

The BEST stuff for fixing textiles
This is great stuff. Have a seam starting to split? Put a little on the inside of the seam. Loose threads, a little dab will do. This is a liquid latex that will stick and soak into textiles, sticking to itself very well. When dried, any exposed glue will be a little sticky. Dust with a little baby powder and your all set. Although it sticks to textiles, if its a hard surface it will not stick. If it gets on your hands, just rub it and it comes right off. I have used it to repair rips in jeans and although it is visible, it withstands the washer and dryer without any issue. In use, be very careful because it is thin like water. Open the nozzle as little as possible to get as much as you need. If you open it too much it gets everywhere and cant be removed from fabric or rugs.

Works great
I love Bish’s for felties on crocheted items. It holds perfectly, it’s all natural, no fumes, dries fast, and is machine washable and dryable.

This stuff really works, even on tight leather.
I used Bish's Tear Mender to get a tight, near perfect fit on custom leather seat covers in my car. No seat cover is going to be perfect, but the fitment should be close enough that all you are dealing with is some minor looseness here and there. I used an upholstery needle (45 degree bezel) and syringe to insert the Tear Mender between the leather backing and the original cloth upholstery. The result was a near perfect fit on a Recaro-style seat with a very deep curve in the seating surfaces. The Tear Mender is VERY FORGIVING if you make mistakes (like not holding the needle securely in place while applying high pressure to the syringe, resulting in the needle flying off and adhesive squirting all over the seat). Fortunately, the Tear Mender doesn't adhere well to hard surfaces, so it just wipes away or peels off if it's dried. It also can be easily cleaned off the syringe, your fingers or any other non-porous surface. Also, a little seems to go a long way. I inserted the needle in a loose area, squirted about 1ML in between the fabrics and used a plastic spreader to both spread the adhesive and press the fabrics together. Holding the fabrics together about 10 seconds usually was sufficient to get it to adhere well.I love the fact that Tear Mender is very liquid yet it sticks fabrics together like crazy. I was worried that I'd not be able to find anything capable of being drawn into an upholstery syringe. But this was perfect for that. You can't draw the adhesive into the syringe with the needle attached, but I used a small 10ML cup and with the needle removed was able to draw the Tear Mender into the syringe easily. Then, simply attach the needle and go to work.It took about 4 ounces to completely treat one seat. I got a near perfect, custom reupholstered leather seat look at half the cost of a custom re-upholstery job. Great product!

No good. Dried in the bottle and unusable.
Have placed 2 different orders for the Tear Mender and both have arrived unusable because of being dried out.
