I use this Stability Ball 4 times a week for various exercises, including crunches for abs, plank with legs on ball for roll in, laying on back on floor with feet on ball rolling in for hamstring, plus dumbbell fly's and overhead dumbbell extension on chest day. Some of my favorite exercises.

I've used the ball for quite a few workouts and have had no complaints. I suppose it would be nice if there were deeper "ridges" running along the ball to allow for better traction. I use a bicycle pump to inflate it though it comes with a plastic foot pump. Regardless of how you fill it, you will likely have to pump it up again after a day or two if you want to keep it firmly inflated. That is just the nature of the beast. You don't have to keep doing it, only after the first inflation.

The ball is everthing I expected, but the pump was very frustrating because the tip constantly slipped off which released air from the ball and meant I had to pump more than I should have. Also, there was no measuring strip given to know when to stop filling, the instructions had a measurement that a used to fashion my own length of string.

I order a used Exercise Ball but it did not have a plug in the box. I can't use it now and have to go through the hassle of how to contact this dealer. Body Solid Tools, the manufacturer, will not help me.

This is the same brand name exercise ball used in our local work out center. Good strong cover and holds air without having to add over time.

It is describe like the picture. Good product!!

Ordered 75 cm ball, box said 75, but ball only inflates to 60 cm. If I followed directions and inflated it to circumference stated in directions ball would pop.
