SOLARAY B-Stress Supplement | 100 Count

I have been using this product for several years. I take a half serving (one capsule instead of two) in addition to the vitamins in my multiple vitamin-mineral supplement. I know how important it is to take the right amount of each B vitamin instead of the same amount of each one. This supplement contains the right proportion of each B vitamin... hence the name Nutritionally BALANCED B Stress. If you don't take B vitamins in a multiple vitamin it would be good to take the full dose of these (two capsules per day). I take a half serving because I do take other B vitamins.

I've used this product at the worst of times in my life, like when my stalker ex-husband repeatedly tried to kill me. A friend recommended this specific brand and blend. It kept me from cracking apart. Now I give it to friends in their darkest times.

This is a very good product that I have found to be effective for relieving ordinary stress. It is gentle and natural. I have used it occasionally for years. Best to take it early in the day because B vitamins can interfere with sleep.

I take be supplements every day, to make sure I get the Best levels of vitamins I need. I was taking the "Mega B Stress" formula and found it to be too much for my system. These "Balanced B Stress" are easier on my system. I get enough B vitamins to get through the day, and they also help with an acid reflex I noticed.I also use Nutritional yeast to get my b vitamins in my food. But I buy it in bulk and use it as a seasoning or additive to some snacks.

I feel these are more effective than other B-vitamins I've used.

I'm glad I found these. I suffer from severe spinal stenosis and started having electrical type prickly pains in my calves due to the pinched nerves and decided to try these since b vitamins help nourish the nerves and very seldom have that pain anymore. It doesn't do anything for the spinal stenosis, it just gets rid of that electrical type pain. Hard to describe.

Don’t know if it helps. My hair seems to be growing back better.

I thought I was getting a great deal until I realized you need to take two of these a day...Great product, but more expensive than originally thought.
