So far, so good
So far, so good. I think this firm is trying hard. Two points.1. When the adaptor is plugged into a power socket, a little light comes on on the charger. Nice feature - but I'm worried that leaving the charger in the socket when not used for charging will be a danger if the light is on all the time. Maybe I'm being paranoid, but some reassurance on this point would be nice. Can you leave the adaptor plugged in all the time?2. It is great that the top USB connection is clearly labelled Qualcomm 3.0 quick charge. However, why not also label the lower USB connection "Auto ID". There are some appliances (like my expensive bluetooth headphones) that I trust with the auto ID socket. What is not clear (to me at least) is whether the top socket (the 3.0 quick charge one) is also auto id in nature or only functions with the 3A, 2A and 1.5A options as marked on top of the unit.3. A big thumbs up for using fire retardent materials. There was a scare a while back with phones being left unattended on charge, so every little safety point is appreciated.

Fast and universal charger
Using QC standard up to 3.0 (with backward compatibility), the charger can relatively fast charge your batteries from 0 to 80% (later usually normal mode is on, but with current higher than standard USB). The charger has 2 sockets, only one fully supports fast charging. Converters let it be plugged in into multiple AC electrical sockets standards (US, UK, German). I checked the charger with USB monitor and it really supports QC standards, with typical peak power for highly discharged phone (Nokia 7) 17 Watts, this means approx. 45 min. from fully exhausted to 90%. From its disadvantages, I can only name, not so easy access to USB sockets (from its bottom when plugged into UK's AC socket).

A few bad design flaws prevents this from scoring a good review
Good charger, but USB socket gave downwards with no option for the to face outwards (as some of the pictures suggest). Good charger, but having USB sockets facing downwards does make them inaccessible if the plug socket doesn't have much space underneath it to plug in USB cables for charging. There is also a light on constantly when plugged in which is a tad bright and serves no purpose other than annoying you if near your eyes when trying to sleep.

Very Good
Very good and does charge fast however it does have a bright LED white light when plugged in which can be a little annoying if being used in a bedroom. Very good quality though and would have no hesitation in ordering again.

Quick charge works great +included travel adapters are very usefull
I've had a few chargers before in the £10-£20 price range - this one is the best of of them by mile - it doesn't get too hot when charging 2 devices at the same time (ipad air 2 + mobile phones), it doesn't make funny noises like some of them can do, and most of all; it works in different countries, thanks to the included plugs (UK / EU / US). Highly recommended, both the supplier and the product!

Good charger but gets really hot
This charger delivers on the charging capability (QC) but gets really hot when in use for a while. Next to this the design could be a bit more compact when you want to take it with you for travelling.

Great, does fast charge but be careful
The duel USB ports are perfect for our tech happy family, good build quality and great for travel Europe with the handy adapters, but please note that the charger's ports are at a 90° angleand can be a bit challenging when putting the cable in if the charger is close to the floor or work service. I can recommend otherwise.

Works fine but loose in plug socket
Seems a sturdy product but when plugged into a US plug there's a lot of movement. I'm unsure whether this is a design flaw in the product or whether this is common with US plugs.Does charge fine though.
