It's hard to explain why or how this works but I've had lumbar pillows in the past and this is the first one that really makes a difference. I've used it on my recliner and on my office chair. best support for you while on the computer, or reading in a sofa. tried to see if it would help in a car driver's seat, but not very comfortable because so many cars have lumbar support built-in or adjustable that adding this cushion is over the top. compare price and you will buy this from Amazon.
