I use to make tea to calm my nerves. Good quality.

Drinking this tea helps to protect your Heart and is known as a Heart Tonic. I also has a positive affect in other areas but this is the main reason I take it. It is also a great soother for your nervous system and can ease/comfort conditions from spinal disorders. I have a large cool glass of it mixed with OatStraw, [which has a reputation for being an overall "Body Tonic" ... Immune System strengthener; help to stabilize thyroid and blood sugar... boost energy and much more.] in the afternoons it is refreshing. [OatStraw lightens the heavier taste of the MothersWort]. I get the benefits of both in this nice cool glass on a daily basis.] You can also add some stevia to sweeten. The only down-side is the only people selling MothersWort right now on Amazon is Abe's Market ... they are extremely slow shippers... It's a good grain size for tea.

This tea totally reset my hormones. It had a huge impact on my painful PMS, incredibly increased my libido, incredibly improved my mood during my PMS. Taste is not as great as a fancy fruit taste tea, but I can drink the whole cup without adding any sweetener or flavors
