### ⭐ Very confusing drills that turn out to be WAY TOO simple

This collection of drills is incredibly basic yet the drills are incredibly confusing. One of the hitting drills is "A stands on the outer position and throws a ball to the setting player. Right after, A moves toward the starting position for his/her run-up. After the set, A starts with coordinated run-up and hits the ball across the net." After deciphering the confusing directions, I realized this is seriously just a hitting line. That needs to be included in a drill book? I am all for simple drills but that is ridiculous. And this is typical of the book.I coach middle school and high school girls and only have a couple years experience so I am always looking for new drills. I did not get any new ideas from this book.
