Buy this, keep your tub clean!!!
I had a really ugly black tarry water line that was very difficult to clean. I tried about a dozen different products with no help. I used a few ounces of Leisure Time Enzyme and the line was gone. It has a nice scent and it’s allowing me to finally enjoy my tub rather than work to maintain it.I was NOT paid to write this...it’s all factual.

Great!
Bought this a year ago after my daughter developed a spa folliculitis. I had read that keeping the scum down would help as that's where that particular bacteria likes to live (especially in places you don't see). We use a little weekly. Hot tub much easier to clean and no folliculitis since. We use only a little chlorine and change out the water every 4 months.

Good Product
I have a 2 month old hot tub & I was starting to get scum rings (we use the tub 6 days a week). I couldn't see them but felt the start. My chemicals are pretty well balanced. I began using this product once a week & they have disappeared. As other reviewers have said, it foams up sometimes after using (I read this is the removed scum doing this). If it doesn't go away, I just use a small amount of Leisure Time defoamer right where the bubble scum collects in the corner & all is well.

Helps breakup/prevent that oily, yellowish scum that can form in spas... at a good price.
Helps breakup/prevent that oily, yellowish scum that can form in spas. Can be used to treat obvious build-ups or as part of preventive maintenance routine.BONUS: This product has a very pleasant aroma, so no need to spend extra money on water fragrances... unless you want additional scents for your aroma therapy inventory, that is.

It works when you alternate it every 3 days with a clarifier
I do like the scent. Near the end of my water's life I can stretch it out a few more weeks by adding this enzyme and 3 days later add a clarifier. One treatment is usually all that's needed to cut down on foam.

Eliminates Spa Goo On Waterline
This really works for keeping that awful goo from forming at the waterline. I had that for years and it is almost impossible to get rid of. I think the goo forms from the oil in your skin. I am not sure how this works, but it apparently breaks down the oils in the water. This has made cleaning my spa so much easier. I only need about 3 cap fulls per week (for 400 gallon-spa) to do the trick. So, you don't even need to buy it very often. I strongly recommend this product to help keep your spa clean.

Clean spa water
First time using this product. It really helps keep the spa super clean. All 5 grandkids have been here multiple times this summer. The go from the lake to the spa Usually after a few days I have to change the spa water— all 400 gallons. After putting this enzyme in the spa — 1 ounce per week— the water is crystal clear
