## Description

This is the Super Gizmo. It is designed to absorb the expansion of winter freeze-up in swimming pool skimmers. The Super Gizmo is 16 Inch long and installs in big deep skimmers of most in-ground swimming pools. The Super Gizmo has both 1 1/2 and 2 inch threads and features a generous bar style handle. The double threads offers convenience by accommodating most skimmers with one item. For a professional fit, the Gizmo can be used with Teflon tape. Teflon tape is a very thin white tape used to wrap the threaded ends of pipes to improve the water tightness of a joint. The Gizmo is designed for single season use. Please remember to recycle this product.

**Q: If your skimmer has two lines/pipes in it do you use two? Or one regular plug and one gizmo?**
A: The Gizmo protects the skimmer from water freezing, expanding, and cracking the skimmer. It is not there to protect the lines running to the skimmer. You only need one to protect the skimmer itself. You do need to plug both of the holes in your skimmer, however. So a gizmo in one (it doesn't matter which one) and a plug in the other.

**Q: Can you add anti-freeze to this Gizzmo?**
A: No, it’s solid plastic.  It works, no need for antifreeze.

**Q: Can i blow out the water from lines when this is on?**
A: I don't know what the guy who answered this before in 2016 is talking about but, you blow your lines and one at a time you plug the line that blow in order. when the skimmer line blows you screw in the Gizzmo instead of a plug. Works fine. No Problem...

**Q: Why cant you use these for multiple seasons?**
A: We've had a 4101 forever - could have been 20 years.  
It just broke this season.
