The best multivitamin I've found
I take these multivitamins almost every day, but I only take one each day. They are great for the money, and my hair seems like it's growing faster and thicker. I've recommended them to many of my friends.

Must have for every woman.
I did tons and tons of research before I purchased these. And all that research paid off. I have never felt better and I can tell when I miss a day or two. I am not the healthiest of eaters and these have definitely keeps my body on the right track. On the days I forget to take them I can definitely tell the difference and my immune is so much better now! I take 2 a day for the past 6 years and it has made such a improvement in my health!

I love the percentage of vitamins in each pill. I generally have low iron, so having that extra iron percentage seemed to really help. I definitely have been more productive, but I did notice that if i take a full vitamin daily, i have a hard time sleeping at night. I have switched to half daily and still really enjoy the product.
