The Apocrypha: The Lutheran Edition With Notes

I like the study guide, because it helps tie the apocryphal writings with the canonical writings in the Bible. Although the notes in the Apocrypha Lutheran Edition are wonderful, the questions in the study guide help me understand the Apocrypha to an even greater extent. It can be used by an individual or a class study guide.

I was asked to create and lead a Bible study on the Apocrypha and this book has been extremely helpful. Not only does it briefly describe a book and offer discussion questions, but it also has a separate leader section with more detailed notes and suggestions.

Not a bad purchase

comes handy with the Apocrypha edition.

I was hoping this would be a helpful guide to my study of the Apocrypha, but it is really more of a leader's guide to group discussion.

not helpful as a stand alone study guide, strangely organized according to books of apocrypha and did not meet expectations.

This is a marvelous study guide for reviewing the CPH edition of the Apocrypha. Great booklet for church Bible class discussions.
