1st of all, there is NO magic pill that will aid in weight loss/fat loss. Get off the couch and get moving. Measure and do portion control. Get your thyroid checked (the most recent contributor to my issues). I workout 3-5 x week, but my cravings are extreme and very counterproductive to my efforts. I tried this product out of desperation to break the sugar addiction so I can, in fact, lose a few pounds.So far, taking as directed for 2 days, my cravings have been improved. Could be coincidence. We'll see. The first day, the cravings were completely gone. I do intermittent fasting and do not eat until noon or 1:00pm, and this seemed to work well. I didn't even reach my max daily goal of 1200 calories.Today, I have had a craving for something sweet, but still manageable. I still have 422 calories left in my budget. It is almost dinner time and I'm not hungry.So far, I'm impressed. Time will tell. I will update on down the road. Good luck!

easy to follow instructions

I bought this from GNC. I was instructed to take 1 intensify with breakfast and lunch, 2 censors with breakfast and lunch, and 2 slimtax before bed. It's a 45 day supply that I have received. I'll come back periodically and update my review. So far, I am burping fish... as in I burp and get a fishy aftertaste. Not so desirable... but we will see what will happen. So far my appetite is low. Usually about now I start to get hungry and I'm just fine so far. A little bit of an upset stomach... I called GNC and they said to just drink more water or incorporate more protein into my meals... I will update in about 2 weeks. I also work out regularly as this doesn't work unless you work out.Edit: I’m finished with the pills. I’ve lost about 15 pounds. I’m feeling pretty good. I’d buy this again if I had the funds.
