Perfect, and no hindrance at all.
I had a very bad experience once with an add on laser sight, but this one is made well for the NANO and fits like a custom job. Easy to sight in, and very bright. DO NOT shine it into someone's eyes (unless he's the bad guy). And couldn't believe the great price! The NANO with the laser sight also fits perfectly into a Sneaky Pete holster, although you may want to see my review on that product.

Right on the "Mark"
Laser fit my 9mm Beretta Nano perfectly. After installation the sight looks like it was built into the pistol. Was very easy to sight in and improved my accuracy as you can see how steady or unsteady you are when the laser is on the target. Of note: If you plan to use this sight in full sunlight, you will likely be disappointed as it is very difficult to see on typical paper targets much out past 10 yards. In lower light situations the laser sight is very easily seen at longer distances and quickly acquired. Sight activation is very natural by extending your index finger forward and turning on (can be turned on from either side). Also note that some holsters will not work with this sight in place. There are several holsters made to fit the Beretta Nano with Lasermax sight in place.

Small. to fit a Nano
Got this for my 9mm Beretta Nano, and it fit perfectly. Took my old brain a few minutes to figure out the unusually clear instructions to install it, but once I got my spatial coordinates lined up, it went on with no problem. I haven't fired it with the laser yet, but dry firing finds it quite helpful in aiming with such a small (subcompact) gun. Finding a holster to fit the Nano + laser was much harder, but I did find one (nylon) that is good and fits very well. The Nano has no picatinny (1913) rail, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to try this, but a more gun-savvy friend felt comfortable with it. So it worked out for a reasonable price to help improve sighting, since small guns with larger calibre tend to kick a bit more and are very dependent on your hand angle and practice. Until I can fire it (to see just how accurate it is and whether or not it will come loose in use), the initial "fitting" is very good.Addendum: Fired the Nano with and without the laser. At 30 ft., the laser helped narrow my 6-shot (I have both the 6-round standard and 8-round extended magazines) groups from 4" to around 3". The 9mm recoil makes it difficult in a small gun to be accurate at more than "personal" distance (6' to 12'), but the Lasermax does help. At 15', my groups are between 2" and 3" unsupported (freestanding fire: instructor said that's pretty good for a pocket pistol). The recoil has not shaken it loose or caused other issues after 50 rounds in two sessions. I don't find it indispensable, but it is useful, especially in quick reaction. The only negative, is that it takes about a second extra to push the button to turn it on. So my reaction time of 1.5 seconds degrades slightly to 2.5 seconds if I turn the laser on prior to first shot. I'll keep it.

Looks and fits like it is original equipment
I recently purchased the Lasermax for my Nano yet, I have not been to the range to check its out of the package accuracy. If it is as accurate as it was easy to install, this will be a fantastic addition to the pistol. It looks and feels like OEM equipment direct from the firearm manufacturer. I carry this as my personal protection firearm; finding a holster that fits the gun with the laser attached for concealed carry took some legwork but it all worked out. I cannot speak for the accuracy of the laser out of the box, for the time being, but it has easy to adjust features that can be used to zero it in in the field as/if necessary.

Could not install
The installation instructions are completely useless. The first step shows a ridiculous diagram that offers no help at all. I tried repeatedly to get the laser to fit over the trigger guard without success. I am returning this immediately because I do not want to risk breaking it while trying to install it. Lasermax should either provide more detailed written instructions or a video like they do for installation on the Beretta Pico. Very, very disappointed!!Update 8-29-20: I did not end up returning this because I wanted a laser sight on this gun and their were few options. I did finally get it ti fit around the trigger guard by pressing down really hard. The piece containing the laser is the first to go on and is very small and hard to handle. I was concerned that the laser would be damaged of pop out of the molding during the bending that was necessary to finally get it on there. After joining the two pieces together and screwing them together, the gap between is 1/32 inch. The instructions said not to overtighten the screws, which anyone who has put metal screws in plastic parts knows is easy to do. The laser does work now and after sighting adjustment seems to be fairly accurate. It is reasonably priced and is from LaserMax. I have one of their guide rod lasers that has performed flawlessly for several years. I am upgrading the review to 3 stars and can only suggest that the fit of the moldings could have been better and a video showing the installation would have been nice. LaserMax already has plenty of them out there, just not for this.

Great Laser; Looks like part of the gun
This laser is the perfect accessory for this gun. Since it is custom designed specifically for the nano, it looks like it is part of the gun, not some awkward aftermarket part. The installation is really easy. You will need to use a small phillips head screwdriver (that it does not come with) to complete installation. I was able to open the package, install the assembly onto the weapon, and sight in the laser in under 30 minutes. Very easy to do. Took it out to the range the next week, and was very impressed. I would highly recommend this laser.
