How many come in a bag? It says you get 2 bags with this order is that correct?

There are 2 packs per container from Amazon. At Walmart the bag is single about 28 servings - 1# 12 oz - does not contain 2 pouches

Are these the flat ones?

The marshallows that I received are round and large. They are definitely not flat :)

What kind of gelatin do they have ?

Not really sure what kind of gelatin, most common would be beef. I prefer they would avoid gelatin altogether and use carrageenan. To me, it tastes better.

How long will they stay fresh for once you buy them ?

I’m not sure of an exact amount of time but i kept them in an airtight container once opened and they were still fresh for about a month.

These are good marshmallows. We've bought them a number of times over the years. Most recently our ordered arrived as a big blob, I guess because of the heat. That only happened once. But, Amazon, maybe take more care when you are delivering marshmallows in the heat!

Could have bought the at a supermarket

These marshmallows are huge. The day they arrived they also became available at the supermarket for a lower price.Nevertheless, they did the job of making a decadent s’more!

Disappointed

One bag had a hole in it when it arrived - the entire bag was stuck to the marshmallowe - very gooey. THe second bag appeared ok but the marshmallows were also very sticky inside the bag.
