Had an issue and tech support answered quickly. (After doing some vehicle testing my battery was bad and causing the problems.) Very pleased, touch screen is very responsive and image is extremely clear. Also noticed that the mirror is quite smudge and fingerprint resistant. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the motion detection is very poor. After quite a bit of testing it seems that at least half the screen must detect movement for it to start recording, so a person will not activate it and a car sometimes does not. I could not get the rear camera to activate the motion recording at all. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Good camera. That's when Parking Monitor starts working and recording. Then I go into my car and turn it on, but the backup camera doesnt turn on. I have to turn off the car and wait for the dash cam turn off completely, then turn it back on. Now, both cameras work.2nd, Backup camera is showing stuttering video on the mirror. I haven't checked in the computer yet, but I thought backup camera should be like one in the front, clean and non stuttering. I know it's 720p camera, but video shouldn't stutter, right? Just lower resolution?UPDATE:IT JUST KEEP FREEZING. I had to take if off the mirror and reset it, but it still kept freezing. TROHESTAR logo was stuck on the screen. I unplugged it and the built in battery kept the screen on with the logo for good 30 minutes. I had to drive with that logo without being able to see my back view.
