I loved this computer, but after about a week of having it, I noticed battery problems. The battery would randomly die at 50% sometimes and I also had problems with the charger getting incredibly hot. That could be normal, but it didn't seem like it. I do think this is a great price for the product, but also, if I am spending over$1,000 on a computer, I do not want to deal with any issues like the battery. I also had to do some repairing of the drive and troubleshooting to get it to download any of the updates. I spent two days trying to update the computer. I recommend the computer but you may want to run some tests on battery life when you get it. Also, this is a 2013 and for some reason, I did not find that super clear. This was not a problem at all for me but just good information.

There was only a minor scratch on the body of the laptop (by the trackpad), and overall it ran fine. But after maybe 2 weeks, it began crashing randomly. I read threads online about battery issues and such with this model. Tried all of the troubleshooting, software updates, etc. recommended, and it’s still doing it. I’ve seen other people say they’ve had success with having their faulty laptops replaced. But for me, it’s too much hassle to risk getting another lemon of a laptop. So I’m opting just to return mine and go elsewhere.

The laptop is with very few scratch on bottom. looks new, and hardware spec is correct. It has issue of auto shut down after short time. so have to return it, and return process is easy. suggestion to vendor to perform more tests before sending it out.

I got the product and the battery was swollen as stated by the Official Apple Genius Bar. I was instructed that the battery was a safety risk that could rupture. So I contacted the seller and they immediately provided an RMA code and return shipping. I am very grateful for the seller's customer service.

The unit was mostly clean, but it had a bad screen replacement. The plastic around the screen crumbling into rubber-like pieces. The return process was easy. You might get luckier perhaps, but I paid a bit extra and got a refurbished unit directly from Apple, which was a much better decision.

First of all this was very overpriced.. second. I love my laptop. Works like a BEAST! I’m a producer and I still haven’t hit the limits of the computer yet.!!

Bought a MacBook Pro eleven months ago from Reuse Deals. Bad decision. Had problems with trackpad from the very beginning but I thought it was a setting issue so I didn't report it. Five months after purchase, the space bar started not working right - very annoying trying to type. Eleven months after purchasing, the battery will not hold a charge. The laptop has become undependable and virtually useless. Do not buy from Reuse Deals!
