USB Receiver Failed
Bought this item almost 2 years ago and after storing for over a year, it recently started seeing some heavy use. Unfortunately, the USB receiver has now failed as it gets very hot but the keyboard doesn't connect so therefore, this only gets two stars.

Brilliant little keyboard. Samsung and LG TV friendly.
i love this. It's opened up all sorts of features on my Samsung and LG TVs which I don't normally use. YES it works on both TVs. It's such a pain to use some of these features when you have to type in using the on screen keyboard. This little beauty sorts out this problem. I've not given it a full test yet but definitely worth the money (purchased on a lightning deal but would pay full price ).The keyboard is responsive and very easy to set up. Just plug the USB receiver into the back of the TV and power up the keypad. That's it !! It automatically connected to the TV, with no need to mess around with any of the settings.The mousepad is also equally responsive and works just like a laptop pad.Highly recommended.

Must have for certain apps.
Although the remote that comes with fire tv works just fine I did come across some apps that were difficult to navigate, a browser for example, and this relatively cheap "tool" solved the problem, even though I still mainly use the remote control the Reiie has come to my rescue on many an occasion.Of course it is more than just a "tool" to work alongside the amazon remote, it is more than worthy of replacing it, that's just how I use it (I'm an oldie, lol), and would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone, if you can use a keyboard and a remote this is for you.

Great for using in bed
This thing is revolutionary. Occasionally I'd lie in bed and use this like a remote for my PC for streaming shows. Only bad part of that is that It's a bit awkward that the desktop icons and text look tiny from that far back, but it's enough to press the next button or volume down lol

Great for the price
Very good for the price, does everything you need it for. Back light is the only thing missing. But solid piece of kit.
