I've got the impression, from browsing, that a 5 litre tub contains between 800 and 1000 grams of dried mealworms, depending on moisture content. So, a 1 litre tub would hold up to 200 grams and 1 kilo should be at least 5 litres.

Please can you tell me how tall the 10L tub is? - Need to know if it will fit in my cupboard!

Just a bit over 6 inches as far as I remember. It fitted onto a shelf in our garage which is 7inches high. Sorry not to have been more helpful
