Maya Games - 34150 Monkey Trix - Family Board Game

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a silly little game. I like the monkey head gear. Wish they had more pieces to make it a bit more challenging. Played with my cousins 5 and 13. The head piece does not fit the 5 year old, kept sliding off. Overall it’s entertaining but would probably get bored of it after a few rounds.

I have this game at my house. My daughter & grandson came over and we all had a blast playing this game. My grandson wanted to take it home with him, but I told him it had to stay at my house. So, I ordered one for them. Indicates ages 6 & up. However, my grandson just just turned 5 was very much able to play it. My 9 year old grandson got to laughing so hard playing it that he couldn't complete a pattern (this happened each time he attempted to play it ... a dozen or so times.) My 10 year old grandson laughed and had the best time I've seen him have in quite a long time. A great family game

Played this tonight with our almost 3 year old…. We had to have a couple rounds just getting her to understand to build only what the picture of the card was, not what she wanted to, then a couple practice rounds using the monkey hands.She had a freaking blast and I will say, once she understood how it worked, she had sooo much fun and so many laughs came outta that little belly💜Great gift for the price!

My students only played this once before the spring arms got so tangled that I could not get them undone.

I have to say that for the value of the money you spend on this game it’s definitely worth it. It’s fun for all ages! Me and my kids have been having a blast playing this game. It only comes with 2 monkey head and arms so if you have more people you want to play I recommend buying two games so you can have four. That’s what I did. I ordered 2 games and now my whole family can play at once. It’s a fun game that challenges you and your kids. Definitely recommend this game for a game night!

The slinky-like arms kept getting tangled and I got tired of untangling them for the grandkids so I was going to return it. I couldn't find all the pieces because they were scattered all over the house and when I asked the kids about where the missing pieces were, they were like "oh, we like it, don't return it!" so I decided to keep it. My youngest grandson wears one of the head pieces while he's coloring. Goof. lol

My kids loved this game. One of the children wore the monkey long after the game ended. Very fun. The box will not fit the game assembled so you have to take it apart or buy a storage container for it. It is a pain to do. The monkey arms are just like slinkys so be aware that just like a slinky they can get twisted and unsprung. This happened when a younger child got ahold of it. I got it on a lightning deal for super cheap so I was not devastated when it twisted. Expect a few games out of it and then it becomes a toy to haul around on their head.

I got this for my daughter (gave to Santa before his visit, so he could hand out one present to the kids early). I got it while it was on sale big time (under 4 dollars!) and my 6 year old daughter had it put together by the time we got home and her and I played several games. We both loved it. I just wish I'd bought 2, so our whole family could play at once.
