I bought this product as the pictures showed it working without being plugged in - they implied it could be used without the cables as I'd prefer not to have cables trailing across my baby's room. That's not the case you have to have it plugged in which has made it obsolete for my purposes.

I would advise not to buy this product ! Its a very badly made product, poor quality , its a beautifull desighn buy stoped working after 3 days. Plastic started to fell appart in the screw head. I am very disappointed. Plus still I am trying to figure out how to contact the seller about it as there is no option. Very dissapointed ☹️ And upset

Arrived broken. The defuser was making an odd rattling noise which turned out to be the portable for the power cable. Unfortunately, I had already filled the diffuser with water so I’m unsure my refund will be accepted. Got it because of the good reviews....well 4. But seems like they can’t garungee the quality
