Stopped using this a couple of years ago after the multi vitamin I take contained 100% recommended dose. Started to feel really tired & sluggish again especially as I run quite a bit. Started taking again and my energy levels are now returning. This spray absorbs very well, convenient, good value and tastes great.

I usually am quite happy with this product but the pump dispenser on these bottles fail lot. So far on my last order of 4 bottle's the first one has failed to work.

As plant based eaters we need to take a daily dose of Vitamin B12 as we cannot get that through our way of eating. I normally buy these from our health food store but these are such good value!Four sprays under your tongue daily with breakfast and you are done. Handy to travel with too.What is not to like AND they are more rapidly absorbed by the body being sublingual!Highly recommend.

I ordered a pack of 3. When I went to use the second one, the bottom fell off and I lost all the contents!!!

Using them for ages and now it’s time for my baby to use them too.

Still gave 5 stars, even though I’ve had 3 from 10 sprays pack in working- I wash and save empties and just switch the spray tops. I know it shouldn’t happen but solution was easy

I used this for several weeks but I can't say I noticed any change in energy levels? It tastes nice though...
