The only interior caulk my husband will use
When we built our current home, we realized (after the fact) they did not use flexible caulk on our interior trim, so in cold dry winters, the caulk seriously separated at the seams. Fortunately my husband is knowledge about construction and knew right away the builder did not use a flexible caulk. So now we have this and the hubbie is fixing all the separation seams in our trim.

It's well known that this is the best caulk on the market. I don't want to ruin anything, but this price is very competitive with the big box stores. Get it while the prices last.
